By purchasing any  season ticket to The Nottingham Panthers you agree to the below terms and conditions:

• • The Nottingham Panthers 2026-27 Season Ticket 26-game option covers 26 Elite League home games
  • The Nottingham Panthers 2026-27 Season Ticket ‘All-in’ option covers all Nottingham Panthers home Elite League, Challenge Cup, Playoff and
  • exhibition games. The ‘All-in” season ticket excludes Elite League and European events such as the Playoff Finals Weekend, Challenge Cup Final, Champions Hockey League and Continental Cup
  • Seniors must be aged 60 or over on 1st September 2026 and may be asked for ID on entry into the arena
  • Students must be in full-time education throughout the 2026-27 season and may be asked for ID on entry into the arena (Only physical student ID
  • cards will be accepted as proof of concession for students. We do not accept UniDays or student discount apps such as NUS Extra)
  • Teens must be aged between 13 and 17 on the date of application, while Juniors must be aged 12 or under on the date of application
  • Children under the age of 3 are free of charge when not occupying a seat. An under 3’s wristband must be requested from a steward for each match
  • You may be required to provide a copy of your ID as proof of entitlement to any concession price before your Season Ticket is posted to you
  • A seven-month direct debit plan (with payments taken monthly, starting in July 2026) is available. All-In Season Ticket holders have the option of an extended nine-month direct debit plan. Please contact the Motorpoint Arena Nottingham Box Office for more information. An administration charge
  • (£10 adult, £5 teen/junior) will be charged per Season Ticket for using the direct debit scheme. The closing date for all direct debit applications is 30th
  • June 2026. This service is operated by a 3rd party company called “Go Cardless”
  • Your information will be shared with Go Cardless in order to set up and administer your direct debit plan
  • Your Season Ticket will be posted to you for a charge of £4.95. It will be sent via tracked delivery at least ten days before the first game included on the Season Ticket
  • Food & beverage must be obtained from the venue
  • Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the venue
  • Flash photography, air horns & laser pens are prohibited at Panthers games. Keep your eye on the puck at all times
  • No musical instruments will be permitted, except in the “noisy block” (Block 19)
  • All seating (excluding accessible seats) is accessed by ascending or descending a number of steps. Customers suffering from vertigo, reduced mobility, or other medical conditions are advised to consider this when choosing their seats
  • Once ordered, a Season Ticket cannot be cancelled, and you remain liable for its full cost
  • Management reserves the right to relocate any ticket holder where necessary

  • Any issues with the location of the ticket must be reported to the Arena Box Office prior to, or during, the programme/event
  • Season Ticket seats cannot be changed for individual games
  • Management reserves the right to refuse admission for any reason
  • Lost Season Ticket cards can be replaced for £25 each
  • Should your direct debit fail, management reserves the right to temporarily suspend your season ticket until the amount owed is paid
  • Should you cancel your direct debit, management reserves the right to place restrictions on your season ticket as well as the ability to purchase tickets for any future games until the full amount is paid
  • A £10 admin fee per Season Ticket will be automatically incurred for any failed direct debit payments
  • If you fail to comply with the conditions then the Arena Operator shall be entitled to eject you from the arena and your Season Ticket will be cancelled
  • The club reserves the right to reduce the number of months available to settle the balance for any individual who has previously missed a direct debit payment
  • Customer information will be shared between the Motorpoint Arena/National Ice Centre & The Nottingham Panthers
  • Season tickets can’t be resold, either for the full season or individual games, unless a designated resale option is officially provided by the club.
  • Management reserves the right to suspend any season tickets that have been resold in violation of this policy

We want everyone to feel welcome at a Nottingham Panthers game and we pride ourselves on providing a family-friendly atmosphere. Please show respect for your fellow fans, whichever team they support, along with all players, staff, and volunteers. Anyone using offensive language or demonstrating inappropriate behaviour will be asked to leave.

Drums and banners are only allowed in the noisy block, Block 19. Air horns, musical instruments (except for drums in Block 19) and laser pens are not permitted at any matches.

Customers may take photos, but flash photography and filming/streaming are not allowed.
