Lee Blunt – Facilities Team Leader, Control Room Operator and Crowd Management
“I have worked at the Motorpoint Arena since October 2021 and my career journey has been an exciting one to date with many fresh challenges along the way, for me the beauty of working here is that no two days are the same (cliché but true!)
The Arena have given me a platform to perform and utilise my skills at work with pride and passion with opportunities to develop, as a team leader I like to promote teamwork and ensure each day ends in success as a team.”
Jen Dunne, Assistant Box Office Manager
“Starting in 2009 as a casual member of staff during my studies, I joined the Box Office team where I then worked my way up becoming a permanent member of staff, then team leader, supervisor and now assistant box office manager! The venue has allowed me to progress over time, in my own time and I’ve learnt so much (including how to ice skate!) over the years. The Box Office is a is fast paced ever-changing environment where no two days are the same which makes it an exciting environment to work in.”
