At the Motorpoint Arena Nottingham we do our utmost to ensure that neither by action nor inaction, will any individual or group be reasonably excluded from any activities, facilities or services we offer. We work closely with charity ‘Attitude Is Everything’ and ‘CredAbility’ to ensure that our venue is easily accessible for visitors with mobility and accessibility needs. Booking
To book accessible seating tickets via phone, please contact our Box Office team on 0808 164 4616 (this is a free phone number). This line is open 9am-6pm on Monday to Saturday. We are currently closed Sundays.

We accept the Access Card at point of booking to ensure a smooth and easy booking experience and recommend signing up to this service via the access card website.
For customers who do not have an Access Card, our customer service teams will request proof of eligibility for accessible seating and free companion tickets.

Our Box Office counter can be found on Bolero Square at the front of the venue and is open from 12pm on event days only. Here you can book tickets in person, providing the event isn’t sold out.
Essential companion tickets are available to eligible customers for most events held at the arena. However, please be aware this policy may vary at the promoter’s discretion. Free essential companion tickets are not available for Nottingham Panthers games. A concession rate is available on these games.

Getting Here and Parking

A public blue badge holder car park is located next to the Arena on Dean Street. This area is operated by Nottingham City Council on a first come first serve basis and cannot be booked in advance.
For blue badge holders, you can find parking spaces on Barker Gate opposite the venue and on street parking on nearby streets. Other local car parks offer blue badge holder parking and can be found on our Car Parking page.
There is a taxi rank located on Lower Parliament Street which allows taxis to drop off and pick up. The main entrances to the venue can be accessed by using the lift on Lower Parliament Street (located next to the taxi rank) or via Bolero Square situated just off Bellar Gate. Both entrances allow flat floor access and are equipped with automatic opening doors.

During your visit
The Motorpoint Arena Nottingham is fully accessible with flat access, lifts to all floors, and automated doors in most areas.
Accessible seating is available within the arena bowl and Hospitality Suites. Alternating blocks have easily accessed viewing platforms where wheelchair users, companions and customers with mobility issues can enjoy excellent views of the stage.
These seats are situated in open areas and on the same level as the concourse, so there are no steps to navigate. All accessible seating is located near exits and toilets.
Other seating is available in other areas of the venue for those who do not mind using steps.
Lifts operate to all floors within the venue and are wide enough to accommodate a standard wheelchair. Lift dimensions and key door sizes are:
Accessible toilet facilities are within easy reach of any location inside the venue, as well as a dedicated Changing Places facility.
Located on Level 3 of our venue and accessible via the main foyer lifts, our Changing Places facility includes the following facilities:
A mobile height adjustable changing bench
A ceiling track hoist system to lift people between wheelchairs and the toilet/changing bench
Enough space to ensure the bench and toilet can be approached from either side
For Health and Safety reasons, we do not provide support slings. Customers are asked to bring their own which should be compatible with the loop system.
This facility is located on Level 3 and is available from 9am to 11pm. During the hours of 9am to 7pm please contact Box Office located on Level 2 before using this facility. During the hours of 9pm to 11pm please contact the nearest member of staff before using this facility. A RADAR key is available upon request.
Stewards located around the venue will help you in finding the nearest toilet from your seat.
Customers who need to bring medical items with them to an event are asked to make this known to the venue prior to arrival to avoid any security related concerns and allow us to ensure you enjoy your experience.
Please note the venue does not provide wheelchairs for hire. Customers should provide their own mobility aids if required.

We offer a bookable BSL service for most shows held at the arena, for more information check the event page for the event you are looking to book for. Interpreter services can be provided on request when booking tickets. To allow us to make a reasonable adjustment to provide this service, please allow us four weeks’ notice prior to the event date.
If your access requirements change after purchasing your event ticket for any unforeseen circumstances, we endeavour to work with you to find a suitable solution. Please inform us as soon as possible as a suitable solution may not always be possible at short notice.
A hearing assistance system is installed within the main arena bowl for customers with a hearing impairment. This is accessed via an infra-red headset available from the Box Office during events. Please note customers will be asked to sign out a headset which is to be returned at the end of the show to a member of staff and the hearing assistance system is only available in certain seating locations.
We also offer a hearing loop that can be connected to a hearing aid, in selected seating locations. These need to be booked in advanced so we can ensure the hearing loop is working correctly in your chosen seat.
If you require the hearing assistance system or hearing loop, please contact the box office prior to making your booking so we can ensure the service is available from your seats. If you have already made your booking, please note that we may need to move you to an alternative seating location, subject to availability, to ensure you can access this service.

Assistance dogs are welcome at the venue, but please be aware that noise levels can be high during some events. At the time of booking please let our Box Office team know if an assistance dog will be accompanying you to the venue. Please note we do not take responsibility for any assistance dogs and ask that the dog remains with or in sight of the owner.
Some concerts and events use a variety of special effects including smoke and haze, pyrotechnics, C02, confetti, flashing lights and strobe lighting.
This varies on an event-by-event basis. We may on occasion be able to provide information in advance about the type of effects in use.

Several of our food and drink outlets, and merchandise counters, are fitted with low level counters to aid customers when purchasing products. We also strive to ensure that all our overhead signage is provided in large colour contrasting clear text.
