The Box Office is located at the front of the building outside on Bolero Square. The in-person Box Office counter is open from 12pm on event days and Nottingham Panthers match days. The Box Office is closed on non-event days.

Our phone line opening times are: 

Monday – 9am to 6pm
Tuesday – 9am to 6pm
Wednesday – 9am to 6pm
Thursday – 9am to 6pm
Friday – 9am to 6pm
Saturday – 9am to 6pm
Sunday – Closed

Phones are closed on Bank Holidays. 

If you wish to purchase tickets, we strongly recommend booking online as this is the fastest way to secure the tickets you want.

To make a booking, please call 0843 373 3000. Calls to 0843 373 3000 cost 7 pence per minute plus your phone company’s access charge. Calls from mobiles may be higher and are dependent on your mobile company’s charges and tariffs. 

To book accessible tickets, please call 0808 164 4616. This is a free phone number for those who have any accessibility enquiries, or with to make an accessibility booking. 

If you are calling regarding a existing booking, please call 0115 853 3101. Please note that we are unable to take bookings on this number. It it to be used for queries relating to existing Arena purchases only.

Our phone lines are open Monday – Saturday 9am-6pm. We are closed on Sundays and Bank Holidays. 

If you need to collect your tickets on arrival these will be available from the Box Office windows on Bolero Square on the day of the event.  Please note that tickets can’t be collected in advance.  

If you made your booking directly via the Motorpoint Arena Nottingham website, you can collect your tickets from 12noon on the day of the event. If you made your booking with another ticket agent, tickets will usually be available to collect from the door time, they may not be available any earlier. 

Tickets must be collected by the lead booker, and you’ll be required show photo ID or the card you paid with when collecting. Please note that you may need to queue for a short while at the Box Office so ensure you leave plenty of time for this. 

We offer free child safe wristbands for your children in the unfortunate event they get lost. A contact telephone number should be written on the wristband and in the event of your child being found within the venue, you will be contacted by Box Office. You can collect your wristband from our Box Office.
