We want everyone to feel welcome at a Forest Netball game and we pride ourselves on providing a family-friendly atmosphere. Please show respect for your fellow fans, whichever team they support, along with all players, staff, and volunteers. Anyone using offensive language or demonstrating inappropriate behaviour will be asked to leave.

Customers may take photos, but flash photography and filming/streaming are not allowed.

By purchasing any match ticket or season ticket to Nottingham Forest Netball you agree to the below terms and conditions:

• Food & beverage must be obtained from the venue.
• Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the venue.
• The unauthorised use of photographic and recording equipment (whether audio or visual) is not permitted. Non-flash photography is allowed for Forest matches.
• Air horns & laser pens are prohibited. No musical instruments will be permitted into the venue.
• All seating (excluding accessible seats) is accessed by ascending or descending a number of steps. Customers suffering from vertigo, reduced mobility or other medical conditions are advised to take this into consideration when choosing their seats.
• Once ordered, a Season Ticket cannot be cancelled and you remain liable for its full cost.
• Management reserve the right to relocate any ticket holder where necessary.
• Customers are required to adhere to the latest venue health, safety and welfare guidelines.

• Any issues with the location of the ticket must be reported to the Arena Box Office prior to the commencement of, or during, the programme/event.
• When purchasing a Season Ticket, you are buying that seat for all Season Ticket games. Seats cannot be changed for individual games.
• Management reserve the right to refuse admission for any reason, including any COVID-19 related requirements.
• Any shortfall in games will only be carried forward.
• Lost Season Ticket cards replaced at a cost of £25 each.
• Should your direct debit fail, management reserves the right to temporarily suspend your season ticket until the amounts owed are paid. A £10 admin tee will be automatically incurred for any failed direct debit payments.
• Should you cancel your direct debit, management reserves the right to place restrictions on your season ticket as well as the ability to purchase tickets for any future games until the full amount is paid.
• If you fail to comply with the conditions then the Arena Operator shall be entitled to eject you from the arena and your Season Ticket will be cancelled.
• Customer information will be shared between the Motorpoint Arena/National Ice Centre & Nottingham Forest Netball.
• By purchasing a Season Ticket you agree to the Motorpoint Arena Nottingham terms & conditions of sale which can be viewed in full here.
• Nottingham Forest Netball Season Tickets cannot be resold.
