Multiple Projects across the Arena enhance customer’s experience

These projects have enhanced key customer-facing areas across the venue, including general admission concourses, hospitality lounges, and premium seating, with a clear focus on comfort, functionality, and elevating the overall customer experience.

Highlights of the project include:

• The refurbishment of the Spotlight Restaurant
• The launch of The Green Room, a new hospitality space celebrating previous Motorpoint Arena headline artists in a contemporary setting
• Grab n Glide bar on the east concourse, A first for the East Midlands. Powered by Amazon’s Just Walk Out technology, enabling guests to enter, select, and exit in as little as 7 seconds

This partnership reflects the arena’s ongoing commitment to investing in its facilities and responding to the evolving expectations of live entertainment audiences, while maintaining its position as a leading destination for music and events.
