Executive Suite Experience

Choose from a shared suite or a private suite. Please note, a private suite requires a minimum order of 10 event tickets within your private Suite each event day.

With your event access, dining and hospitality all taken care of at the Arena, you don’t need to find somewhere to eat around competition schedules or make separate restaurant reservations each day. 

Simply arrive through the dedicated hospitality entrance, enjoy your meal and settle in for the action.

Hospitality FAQs

Is hospitality included every day?

Yes, when you purchase a hospitality package, you will receive everything hospitality has to offer on each day that covers the package. For example, if you purchase a four-day package, you will receive a meal on each of the four event days

If you book an Executive Suite Experience 
Your tickets include access to an Executive Suite, located above the tiered seating and offering panoramic views of the ice. 

For a Shared Executive Suite, you will be seated in a suite alongside other hospitality guests. Alternatively, the Private Suite Experience provides exclusive use of a suite for you and your guests. 

Yes, we can accommodate a wide range of dietary requirements, including gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan, and many others. We will contact you approximately three weeks before the event to confirm any dietary requirements and ensure they are catered for. 

Currently, hospitality can only be booked as a 2-day, 4-day, or 6-day package. We may introduce one-day hospitality options closer to the event date, subject to availability. 

Our Executive Suites accommodate groups of between 10 and 14 guests. Most suites having a capacity of 10 guests. If you would like to discuss booking options or determine the most appropriate suite size for your party, please contact our hospitality team.  

Unfortunately not, suite access is only available during competition hours, from the opening of doors until 30 minutes following the conclusion of the event. 

Drinks are not included in the hospitality packages. However, a wide selection of beverages are available to purchase from the hospitality bar and many other outlets throughout the arena. 

The restaurant will open approximately two hours prior to the start of the event. Around three weeks before the event, we will contact you to provide opening times, entrance details, and any additional information relevant to your hospitality experience.
