Christmas has arrived at  the Motorpoint Arena

We are turning up the Christmas cheer with the grand opening of Santa’s Tavern & Lapland Lodge, a pair of Christmas-themed bars which opened to our customers during Don Broco’s amazing live performance this week.

Santa’s Tavern, positioned on the East Concourse by Block 15 and Lapland Lodge situated on the West Concourse by Block 5 feature our fantastic range of Food & Drink with a sprinkle of festive cheer including Christmas Cask Ales, Mulled Wine and Tubs of Pigs n Blankets!

The bars were a massive hit with our customers as we saw a 25% uplift in sales vs shows at the same time in 2024.

“We wanted to create a space where guests could celebrate the magic of Christmas while enjoying the music culture our venue is known for,” said Nick Walters, Head of Food & Beverage. “Santa’s Tavern & Lapland Lodge are our way of bringing together community, creativity, and a little festive cheer.”

Both bars will be open throughout our jam-packed December schedule which features Pete Tong, Wolf Alice, Peter Kay and Panthers Ice Hockey to name a few!
