  • Returning season ticket holders will have the game automatically added to their cards for free. Anyone who has returned but moved seats will have the match added to their new locations.
  • New season ticket holders will need to purchase their seats for the game. They can take advantage of a £2 discount if they book by 27th September. • Non returning season ticket holders have been asked to contact the Panthers office by email and they will be contacted with arrangements on how they can claim their paper tickets in lieu of one of the games lost to the pandemic.
  • If you are a returning season ticket holder who has purchased additional tickets this season, you will need to buy the extra seats for this game. The game will only be added automatically to your renewed season tickets. Match Day Ticket Purchases
We strongly encourage you to book tickets online in advance. If you choose to buy tickets in person on the day of the match (in the one hour between doors and the start time) you cannot choose specific seats and there may be lengthy queues which could lead to missing the start of the game.

Match Day Noise
Air horns, musical instruments, laser pens and photography are not permitted at any matches.

Safety First
Fans will notice a few changes around the venue in the wake of the pandemic and all of them have been brought in for safety reasons.

We are introducing a new scanning system which means tickets will be checked before you even enter the building. Once you are through the doors you will have no more checks to go through.

The Elite League has adopted a double-jabbed policy for players which is being incorporated into the registration system run by the EIHL Head of Hockey Operations and whilst it may not be the law, for everyone’s safety, the Panthers office would really prefer if everyone coming to the upcoming games was double-jabbed (apart from those with exceptions or youngsters). It is, after all, an indoor arena so Panthers’ staff will continue to wear face masks when dealing with the public and the more fans who do the same, at least until they reach their seats, the more protected everyone may feel.

If you want to keep your masks on throughout your visit you are welcome to do so. We want spectators to feel safe and secure throughout their visits to matches.

To that end the Panthers office are aiming to cut down the face-to-face interactions as best they can so the club will change the way it operates the fifty-50 and shirt off his back raffles. The plan means online sales will be extended. You will still be able to buy tickets at home games as there will be QR codes all around the building so you can join in the fun by buying tickets on your phones. You’ll have just as much chance of winning if you buy before you leave home through the website or the links on social media. Tickets will be on sale throughout the week in the build up to games.

At least to begin with, there will be little if any ice level interaction with the players at home games. This means for now birthday photographs with players will not go ahead but something different will be coming in its place. More details soon.

Player and fans’ safety and protection, as ever, is paramount. It has been and continues to be a difficult time but we are confident of a positive return for the Panthers and for ice hockey at the arena with your help, patience and continued brilliant support.
