Located in the heart of Nottingham city centre, the Motorpoint Arena Nottingham is easily accessible by all methods of transport.

Less than 30 minutes from the UK motorway network and located in the heart of Nottingham city centre, the Motorpoint Arena Nottingham is perfectly placed if arriving by car. Simply follow the brown tourist signs visible on all major routes into the city.

We don’t have an on-site car park, but our city centre location means there are plenty of car parks nearby - see our car park map for further details.

On busy events the closest car parks will likely be busiest with longer queue times, please allow for queues or find an alternative car park on our car park map .

The tram is a great, convenient way to get into the city centre. The nearest tram stop to the Arena is the “Lace Market” on Fletcher Gate which is just a three minute walk from the venue.

Trams run at least every 7 minutes until midnight. In addition, there are seven “Park and ride” sites with 5000 spaces, conveniently located close to major roads on the outskirts of the city. Clifton just off the A453, Toton Lane just off junction 25 of the M1, Pheonix Park just off the M1 Junction 26, Hucknall just off Junction 27 of the M1, Moor Bridge just off the A611 south of Hucknall, Wilkinson Street just off the ring road in Basford and The Forest just off Gregory Boulevard.

Arena Ticket holders are able to access the £2 event ticket option on all Ticket Machines providing they are able to provide a valid ticket on request. You can find out more, including maps of each location and a journey planner at www.thetram.net.

Long-distance and local bus services operate into Nottingham’s two main bus stations; Broadmarsh and Victoria, which are a ten minute walk from the Arena. Several Nottingham City Transport (NCT) bus services drop you right outside the venue and Trent Barton has several bus services which run past it - visit their websites for timetable information.

Nottingham Train Station is a ten minute walk from the Arena or a very short taxi ride. East Midlands Trains operate regular trains to and from Nottingham, visit eastmidlandstrains.co.uk for timetable and fare information.

East Midlands Airport is about a 35 minute drive from the venue. The Skylink bus service operates from East Midlands Airport direct to Nottingham up to every 20 minutes, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Find out more about the Skylink bus service.
