Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update

The Motorpoint Arena Nottingham is currently closed to all customers. Our call centre operation is also closed but you can contact us via email or social media.

The vast majority of our events have been rescheduled and some have been cancelled. Please visit our What’s On page and click on an event for further information.

If you purchased tickets for an event that has been rescheduled, you will be contacted with the new event date once it’s been confirmed. If you purchased tickets for an event that has now cancelled and you purchased tickets directly via the Motorpoint Arena Nottingham, you will be refunded via your original payment method and do not need to contact us. If you purchased tickets using cash or if your payment card has since expired, you will be refunded by cheque.  If you purchased your ticket through a ticketing agency, for example Ticketmaster, See Tickets, Ticketzone or AXS, we do not hold your details and you will need to contact the ticket agency directly.
