Position: Box Office & Ticketing Supervisor 
Hours: Full Time 
Raye of pay: £20,000 - £26,000

Key Responsibilities
To support the Box Office Event Ticketing Team in setting up and managing events sold through the Arena ticketing system to meet the demands of event promoters, whilst also assisting in the supervision of the Box Office Customer Service Team, ensuring an excellent standard of customer service is always delivered.
 
What we need from you
  1. Excellent customer service skills are essential to meet and exceed our customer and clients’ expectations.
  2. Ability to negotiate with our clients’ and their partners
  3. Strong communication skills both written, and verbal are key
  4. Strong numeracy skills are essential.
  5. The ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, is essential to meet the demands of the business.
 
Qualifications and Experience
  1. Experience of Event Ticketing or Box Office services in an Arena/Stadium/Theatre/ticket Agency is an advantage
  2. Strong Organisational skills and attention to detail is essential
  3. Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines is key.
  4. Strong IT skills are required

Position: Merchandise Assistant - Adelphi Theatre
Hours: Casual, as and when required
Rate of pay: TBC


Working in this exciting role within our fast-paced Event Merchandise selling team, you will utilise your strong communication and customer service skills to provide information to customers regarding the range of merchandise available on events, and to provide a payment service for this merchandise.

You will be working within challenging sales areas at Adelphi Theatre and will be jointly responsible for the reconciliation of all payments and floats after each shift.

You will have a flexible and adaptable style of selling to different types of customers and will be fully flexible and able to work around our events schedule, which may include working up to 1 a.m, as well as at weekends and bank holidays.
